Loran van de Wier, who is both a chef and an artist, cooks in a performative way. He cooks with local products and gives attention to things we normally overlook.
Especially for PARK's 10th anniversary, there will be a performative tasting led by Loran where your pupils and papillae will be stimulated. You will enjoy vegetable products and distilled juices and drinks.
