PARK is an art initiative founded by Rob Moonen in cooperation with six other artists living in Tilburg. At this moment the PARK staff consists of Linda Arts, René Korten, Rob Moonen and Lieve van den Bijgaart.

PARK functions partly because of the involvement of enthusiastic volunteers. They take care of surveillance of the exhibitions during opening hours, and they manage the bar and catering during openings and extra activities. In addition, they provide a helping hand when changing exhibitions and supporting the artists:
