Unfortunately, this planned presentation of KOMMA#22 to close the exhibition 'Promising II' is cancelled: Maja Irene Bolier has corona.
PARK will, however, be open on this last day of the exhibition as usual from 1 to 5 pm.
Maja Irene Bolier participates in our KOMMA program. She has a short working period in PARK and responds to the exhibition 'Promising II'.
Maja Irene Bolier is an Australian/Dutch artist, filmmaker and writer currently based in the Netherlands.
She works with various mediums, she makes erotic collages, installations, documentary-like films, and performances in self-made costumes... although the various practices sometimes seem disconnected from each other the red line throughout her work is identity, and the layers of it.
In this performance Maja Irene will attempt to infuse her poetry with her performance art, taking on
different identities as she goes along. A metamorphose, inspired by the work shown around her.
On Sunday 18 December, she presents her interdisciplinary maker's commentary.
